Focus and Scope

The Asian Journal of Management and Governance (AJMG) focuses on publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed research that advances knowledge in management, governance, and related social science disciplines. The journal welcomes original empirical, theoretical, and applied studies addressing issues in strategic management, organizational behavior, public and corporate governance, human resource management, public administration, policy studies, entrepreneurship, and institutional performance.
